SPECIFIED CORPORATION NOTICE 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of sub- section (2) of section 29 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue hereby specifies the Chartered Finance (Hong Kong) Limited as a corporation for the purposes of the said paragraph with effect from 1st April 1971.
