An Ordinance to amend the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease (Amendment) Ordinance 1971 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

Section 35 of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (4)—

(a) by deleting sub-paragraph (ii) and substituting the

following-

"() the International Code Signal "0.0.": meaning "I require health clearance"; or":

Short title and COMMEBOGENEN),

Amendment of section 35. (Cap: 141.)
