An Ordinance to amend the Medical Registration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Medical Registration Short title and (Amendment) Ordinance 1971 and shall come into operation on

a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. Sections 14 and 21 of the principal Ordinance are amended by deleting the words "infamous conduct", wherever they occur, and substituting the following—

"misconduct".
