An Ordinance to amend the Corporal Punishment Ordinance,

(30th April, 1971.]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Corporal Punish- ment (Amendment) Ordinance 1971.

2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after ser- tion 7 the following new section--

(a) by deleting item 2 and substituting the following-
