30. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a)
by being renumbered as the Second Schedule;
(b) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (0) and
substituting therefor a semicolon;
(c) by inserting after paragraph (0) the following new
pacagraph-
*(p) provide for the safe custody of the common
seal of the trade union.".

An Ordinance to amend the Public Health and Urban Services
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1971 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2. Section 77 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)—
(a) by adding after paragraph ( the following new para-
graph
"(a) the conferring of powers on public officers of any public body to detain animals and the car-
