An Ordinance to amend the Dangerous Goods Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may he cited as the Dangerous Goods (Amendment) Ordinance 1971 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette. 2. The principal Ordinance is amended by inserting before section i the following new heading--

"PART 1.

PRELIMINARY.".

Short fille and com- mencement.

Insertion of new heading "Part I."".

3. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of inserting after the definition of "dangerous goods" the following new definition—

"depot" means any place or vessel designated as a Govern-

ment Explosives Depot under section 13A;".
