39. Sections 89, 90 and 91 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance shall apply to pro- ceedings in the Court with auch verbal alterations and modifica- Lions not affecting the substance thereof as may be necessary to render the same conveniently applicable.",

(a) in Part 1, by deleting "51";

(b) in Part II, by deleting sub-para-

graph (3) of paragraph 1.
