(b) in subsection (2)-

(i) by deleting "Royal Hong Kong Defence Force" and substituting the following-

"Royal Hong Kong Regiment, the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force"; and

GD) by inserting, after "Force” in the third place where it occurs, the follow ing-

1. Regulation 17 is amended by deleting *section 18 of the Royal Hong Kong Delence Force Ordinance" and substituting the following-

"section 15 of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment Ordinance 1970".

1 The First Schedule is amended-

(o) by deleting paragraph (6) and substitu-

ting the following—

"() "Corps Pay and Pensions Code" shall be substituted for "Royal Warrant":"; and

(6) by inserting after paragraph (d) the

following new paragraph-

"(da) "Corps" shall be substituted

For "Regiment":".

Section 21 is amended, in subsection (2), by deleting *Royal Hong Kong Defence Force" and substituting the following-

"Royal Hong Kong Regiment or of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force".

Section 2 is amended, in the definition of "cxempted person" in subsection (1), by

1. Section 14 is amended, in subsection (2)

(a) in paragraph (e), by deleting "or"; and (5) by deleting paragraph (f) and substitu-

ting the following—

"W) an officer or member of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment when on active service under the Royal Hong Kong Regi- ment Ordinance 1970; or

(g) an officer or member of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force when nctive service under the Royal Hong

Section 31 is amended, in subsection (6), by deleting paragraph (g) and sub- stituting the following

"(g) an officer or member of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment when an active service under the Royal Hong Kong Regiment Ordinance 1970:

(go) an officer or member of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force when on active service under the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force Ordinance 1970;".

3. Section 50 is amended by deleting sub- section (2) and substituting the following

"(2) (a) An officer or member of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment on duty, or while proceeding to or from duty, when on active service under the Royal Hong Kong Regi- ment Onlinance 1970 or an officer or member of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force on duty, or while proceeding to or from duly, when on active service under the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force Ordinance 1970 shall have the same power of arrest as
