An Ordinance to amend the Promissory Oaths Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Promissory Oaths (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1970.

2. The First Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting from the first column the following-

"The District Judges

and

The Magistrates

and substituting the following-

"The District Judges

The Magistrates
