An Ordinance to amend the Medical Registration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Medical Registration Short title.

(Amendment) Ordinance 1970,

2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) by deleting paragraph (e) of subsection (2) and sub-

stituting the following-

"(e) two registered medical practitioners resident in the Colony to be nominated by the Hong Kong Branch of the British Medical Association and appointed by the Governor:

() three registered medical practitioners resident în the Colony to be nominated by the Hong Kong Chinese Medical Association and appointed by the Governor."; and

Amendment of section 3.
