An Ordinance to amend the Urban Council Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1970.

Short lille.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of deleting the definition of "last previous final register" and sub- stituting the following--

section 2. (Cap. 19.)

"Iast previous final register" means the final register last published pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 19:*.

Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a)

by deleting subsection (3); and
