9. The Third Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended in item 5 by deleting "Groups N, O and P." and sub- stituting the following-

"Groups N, O. P and Q.".

An Ordinance to amend the Community Chest of Hong Kong

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Community Chest of Hong Kong (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.

Shart title.

Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended— (a) in paragraph (d)—

(i) by deleting "within the British Commonwealtb" wherever those words occur.

(ii) by deleting "or British Commonwealth" and sub- stituting the following-

"or other":
