Amendment of acction 74.

(b) by inserting the following proviso--

"Provided that this subsection shall not apply to any sample taken for bacteriological examination.”.

Section 74 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by inserting, after "analysis", the following-

"or bacteriological or other examination".

An Ordinance to amend further the Supreme Court Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supreme Court (Amendmeal) (No. 2) Ordinance 1970.

2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding, after section B, the following new section-

"Wards of

court.

BA. (1) Subject to the provisions of this section, no infant shall be made a ward of court except by virtue of an order to that effect made by the court.

(2) Where application is made for such an order in respect of an infant, the infant shall become a ward of court on the making of the application, but shall cease to be a ward of court at the expiration of such
