An Ordinance to amend further the Public Reclamations and

Works Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Reclamations and Works (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.

14. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in para- graph (b) of subsection (2) by inserting after "with" the following-

"a claim for compensation containing".

Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-

"Consider- ation and authoriza-

tion of

undertaking.

3. (I) Where before the expiration of the period specified in a notification published under section 2— (a) any objection to a proposed undertaking or any claim of private right in respect thereof
