PART I.

PRELIMINARY.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Rent and Premium (Apportionment) Ordinance 1970,

Short title.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires Interpretation.

"determined Crown rent" means the sum determined by the Land

Officer under section 5 or 12 as the Crown rent payable in respect of a section or a relevant interest;
