7. Section 29 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "legal personal representative" and substituting the following-

"executor".

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Sedition (Amend- Short title.

meat) Ordinance 1970.

1. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)-

(a) by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (e) and

substituting the following-

*** or":

(b) by adding after paragraph (e) the following new para-

graphs-

"(f) to incite persons to violence; or

(g) to counsel disobedience to law or to any lawful

order,"
