11. Sections 34 and 35 of the principal Ordinance are re- pealed and replaced by the following-

34. The Governor in Council may by regulation provide for—
(a) the practice and procedure to be followed in cases where a member of the Force is alleged to have committed any of the disciplinary offences specified in subsection (1) of sec tion 11:
(b) the control and administration of the Hawker Control Force Welfare Fund; (c) the better carrying out of the provisions and
purposes of this Ordinance.
35. The Governor may by order published in of Schedule. the Gazette amend any Schedule.”,
12. Section 36 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.
13. Section 37 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following→→

(2) An inspector, non-commissioned officer or constable who is charged with a disciplinary offence under this Ordinance, shall be proceeded against under this Ordinance and not under Colonial Regu- lations or the Regulations of the Hong Kong Government.
(3) An inspector, non-commissioned officer of constable who has been proceeded against under this Ordinance in respect of a disciplinary offence, shall not, in respect of such offence, be liable to be pro- ceeded against under Colonial Regulations or the Regulations of the Hong Kong Government.".
