An Ordinance to amend the Urban Council Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1970.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the definition of "last previous final register" and sub- stituting the following-

"*"last previous final register" means the final register last published pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 19:”.
