An Ordinance to amend the Exchange Fund Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Exchange Fund (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1970.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the proviso to subsection (2) by deleting "three thousand five hundred" and substituting the following-
"four thousand”.
