Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Dance-Halls Tax (Repeal) Ordinance 1970 and shall be deemed to have had effect as from 1st April 1970.
* 'The Public Dance-Halls Tax Ordinance is repealed.
