Section 15 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (2) by deleting "a period of forty-two days" and sub- stituting therefor the following-
"such period, being not less than fourteen days, as may be prescribed".

tion Ordicance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Tourist Association (Amendmeat) Ordinance 1970.
1. Section 16 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by inserting after paragraph (d) the following new
paragraphs-
"(e) with the approval of the Financial Secretary and subject to such conditions as he may deter- mine, borrow or otherwise raise money on such security as may be necessary:
() for the purpose of borrowing or otherwise raising money in accordance with paragraph (e) charge all or any part of the property of the Board:" and
