7. Section 29 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "legal personal representative" and substituting the following-

"executor".

An Ordinance to amend further the Sedition Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Sedition (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1970.

2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)--

(a) by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (e) and

substituting the following-

*** or":

(b) by adding after paragraph (e) the following new para-

graphs-

"() to incite persons to violence; or

(g) to counsel disobedience to law or to any lawful

order.".
