An Ordinance to amend further the Duliable Commodities
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Dutiable Com- modities (Amendment) Ordinance 1970 and, subject to subsection (2), shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
(2) Sections 34 and 35 shall come into operation on some other day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette, which shall be subsequent to the day so appointed under subsection (1).
