An Ordinance to amend further the Pensions Ordinance.

[1st November, 1967.]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Amend. ment) Ordinance 1970 and shall be deemed to have had effect as from the 1st November 1967.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)—

(a) in paragraph (a) of the definition of "pensionable emolu-

ments"-

(i) by deleting "and" at the end of sub-paragraph (i); (i) by deleting the comma at the end of sub- paragraph (iii) and substituting the following-

"and"; and

Short title and corn- DOLCELCHIORI.
