An Ordinance to amend further the Magistrates Ordinance and to
make consequential amendments to other Ordinances.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Magistrates (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1970.
2. The heading to Part IV of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "INDICTABLE",
3. Section 88 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following-
