An Ordinance to amend further the Marine Stores Protection

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Marine Stores Protection (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.

Short title.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after the definition of "dealer in marine stores" the following-

"“licence” means a licence to be a dealer in marine stores or to be a marine stores collector in force under section 4:".
