ESTABLISHMENT OF A SUSPENSE ACCOUNT (DEPENDENT TERRITORIES REGULATION 228)
The Financial Secretary :-
It is hereby resolved that this Council approves the establishment of a suspense account, to be known as "The Colonial Treasurer Incorporated Suspense Account", which shall be employed to enable the Colonial Treasurer Incorporated to deal with the regrant or renewal of Crown Leases and manage the properties comprised therein and such account shall not at any time be in debt to an amount exceeding $20,000, 000, 00.
