Further to Notice N. M. No. 18/13 of 16th June 1969 a revised version of the motion to be moved by the Financial Secretary

on the CROSS-HARBOUR TUNNEL is attached.

This version changes the Second Schedule

(a) by deleting

the same percentage

and substituting "25 per cent';

and (b) by deleting

as the percentage of the Government's holding of the issued share capital and loan stock of the Company",

The amendment to the Second Schedule has been made so as to conform with the wording of the guarantee to be given to Lloyd's Bank.
