Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 133 of the Magistrates Ordinance on the 3rd day of December 1969.

Resolved, pursuant to section 133 of the Magistrates Ordin- ance, that the Magistrates (Forms) (Amendment) Rules 1969, made by the Chief Justice on the 20th day of November 1969 under section 133 of that Ordinance. he approved.
