ROAD TRAFFIC (REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF VEHICLES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1969 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1 of the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) (Amend- ment) Regulations 1969, the Governor hereby appoints the 1st day of September 1969 as the day on which the said regulations shall come into operation.
