Explanatory Note.

Jurisdiction to make an order under section 31 of the principal Ordin ance is conferred upon magistrates and justices of the peace by the Mental

Health (Amendment) Ordinance 1969. The forms in the Schedule to the principal regulations are amended accordingly.
