ARMS AND AMMUNITION ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regula- tions 1969.

The Second Schedule to the Ordinance is amended by inserting the following below item 2-

"2A. Fee payable for a licence to

carry and/or possess only harpoon gun and (mmuni, tion therefor.

*$10 per annu

payable in advance.".

Explanatory Note.

(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purport).

Regulation 2 amends the Second Schedule to the Arms and Ammuni-

tion Ordinance. A further item is inserted after item 2 to provide for a

reduced licence fee of $10 per annum payable in respect only of a harpoon kun and ammunition therefor.
