RESOLUTION OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on the 5th day of February 1969.

Resolved, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation Ordinance, that the contingent liability of the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation under contracts of insurance shall not at any time exceed the sum of seven hundred and fifty million dollars.
