In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (1) of regulation 3 of the Merchant Shipping (Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminals) Regulations 1970, the Governor hereby designates the boundaries of the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal to be those delineated and edged red on the plan numbered H4017/0 dated the 24th day of December 1970 signed by the Director of Marine and deposited in the Office of the Director of Marine.
