against a member of the Regiment. This regulation modifies section 78 of the Army Act (UK), which Act applies to the Regiment, so as to it is with local requirements.
II. Regulations 28 and 29 provide for the issue of uniform and squip- meant to members and officers, and, where such uniform or equipment is provided by an officer, the payment of an allowance to cover the cost of purchase and upkeep,

本期例之别打+乃原因一九七零年皇家香港團隊條例之制訂以及 泡的渊軍族例之撤常亦引起者,由於該團隊原經國空香港防術,故聼團廠前 此儒由皇庭香港劇帕軍規例及香港国际电者所管理。本規劃現將兩組都例合 訂,但除藉此機會將重覆之處刑太外,原有提惘慉者極少。

規例第十六款規定團除际画之退役事宜,慈孝復冰种指挥官挽留日期通 常退休年齡之除為團隊樂續服務五年。
七。規例锦十九歌規定各軍官及除員均須俄照兩附表所載之規定在车箍登 麗 #第二十誅則規定前往和外受三事宜。
八、規的第二十一位第二十二兩沃對保障政團廠安全之事宜加以規定,以防 任何軍官或歐且在未微梅能者同意之前提自將有關該團除之養料我載,或在滅或 甘黼中致時提及此等麩料此爭規定所以国家香港推軍規例之規定為藍本。 規例第二十五載明,凡達孔此等規定者,最高可被判罰款五百元。
九、胤例第二十三版佈關於開設者。願送凡投予指揮官絕對權力以酌情決定 繼否批准任何游馔。
十。規例第二十六款規定指揮官在將團隊隊員之事加以將查後可循簡易 程序而判處之各體罰,此數規例將一項適用於該團际之陸軍務(聯合王國〕第 七十八款之規定嚳加條計以便適應本港之需要。
十一、 規例第二十八颗第二十九阴慕懌關於發給利报及瀾于家及軍官之 事宜。任何軍官如懾自顾制报或裝備者,可獲迎貼以抵償解體及保盖之費用。

WIDOWS AND ORPHANS PENSION (APPLICATION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Widows and Orphans Pension Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1, (1) These regulations may be cited as the Widows and Orphans Pension (Application) (Amendment) Regulations 1970.
(2) The amendmeul to the principal regulations made by paragraph (6) of regulation 2 shall be deemed to have had effect as from the 5th day of January 1966.
2. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended in
paragraph (i) of the proviso-
(a) by deleting "breman."; and
(b) by inserting after "district watchman," the following-
"ambulanceman Class II,”.

Explanatory Note,
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended so indicate their general parport).
Regulation 1 is amended so as to delete the grade of fireman (which was restyled fineman Class II on the fst of April 1961) and to include the grade of ambulanceman Class 11, which was created on the 5th of January 1966
