BANKING ORDINANCE
(Chapter 155).
SPECIFICATION OF SPECIFIED LIQUID ASSETS.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18(6)(A) of the Banking Ordinance, the Governor in Council has specified the securities set out in the Schedule, being securities guaranteed by the Government, as specified liquid assets for the purposes of section 18 of the Banking Ordinance.
SCHEDULE.
Seventy Guaranteed Notes euch of ong hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) and numbered 404551 to 404520 inclusive issued by The Hong Kong Building and Loan Agency Limited on the 1st October, 1970 and cauturing on the 1st October, 1975.
