Explanatory Note.

to indicate their general purport).

These rules amend the Supreme Court Fees Rules by increasing the

fee payable to a person in possession of property seized in execution, including a watchman.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section of the Theft Ordinance 1970, the Governor hereby appoints the 1st day of September 1970 as the day on which the said Ordinance shall come into operation.
