MERCHANT SHIPPING (CONTROL OF PORTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1978 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1970,
in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of the Merchant Shipping (Control of Ports) (Amend- ment) Regulations 1970, the Governor hereby appoints the 31st day of July 1970 as the day on which regulation 3 of the said regulations shall come into operation.
