In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 43 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance, the Governor hereby specifies the public office mentioned in the first columa of the Schedule hereto for the purpose of the sections of the Ordin- ance mentioned in the second column of the Schedule bereto.
