2. The motor vehicle will be detained until payment is made of all amounts, charges and foes in accordance with section 23(5) of the Ordiannes.

3. If you do not claim the motor vehicle within 3 months after the date of detention an application will be made for a warrant of distress to enforce payment.

Explanatory Note.

(Thir Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purport).

These regulations prescribe forms for the purposes of the Fixed

Penalty (Traffic Contraventions) Ordinance 1970 and the charges in respect

of the seizure and storage of motor vehicles.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR Distress WARRANT.

(Section 23(6)).

In pursuance of the provisions of section 23(6) of the Fixed Penalty (Traffic Contraventions) Ordinance 1970, notice is hereby given that motor vehicle registration mark

the registered owner of which is-

(name) (address)

is being detained by me under section 23(5) of the Ordinance pending payment of sums due under the Ordinance. If on the expiry of one month from the publication of this notice payment not made an application for a warrant of distress may be made to enforce payment
