PUBLIC HEALTH AND URBAN SERVICES ORDINANCE. (Chapter 132),

PUBLIC CONVENIENCES (CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 1970,

In exercise of the powers conferred by by-law 4 of the Public Conveniences (Conduct and Bebaviour) By-laws, the Urban Council has made the following "order-

1. This order may be cited as the Public Conveniences {Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1970.

2. The principal order is amended in paragraph 2 by adding, after item (13), the following new item-

"(14) Public latrine in the Multi-storey Car Park.

Rumsey Street, Hong Kong.".

Made by the Urban Council this 2nd day of June 1970.
