EMERGENCY REGULATIONS (REPEAL) ÖRDER 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance. the Governor in Council bas made the following order-
1. This order may be cited as the Emergency Regulations (Repeal) Order 1970.

Explanatory Note,
(This Note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicure is general purport).
This order repeals the three Emergency (Principal) Regulations listed in the Schedule.
Regulation 25 is no longer required because of similar provisions in the Sedition Ordinance.
Regulations 96 and 113 are repealed because the substatice of their provisions is now contained in the Public Order Ordinance.
