PENSIONS ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 89).
Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 2A of the Pensions Ordinance on the 25th day of February 1970.
Resolved, pursuant to section 2A of the Pensions Ordinance,
that the special addition to salary of the sum of $140 a month, payable to all members of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force below the rank of inspector and known as the Special Police Allowance, be declared pensionable as a special allowance with effect from the 1st November 1967.
