(Chapter 119).

CREDIT UNIONS (FORMS) REGULATIONS 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Credit Unions Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—

I. These regulations may be cited as the Credit Unions (Forms) Regulations 1970, and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Credit Unions Ordinance.

2. The memorandum of association required under sub- section (2) of section 4 of the Ordinance shall be in Formig the Schedule.

3.

The certificate of registration issued under subsection (3) of section 5 of the Ordinance shall be in Form 3 in the Schedule.
