An Ordinance to repeal certain Ordinances and to make provi-

sions incidental thereto.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Law Revision (Miscellaneous Repeals) (No. 2) Ordinance 1969.

Short title,

2. The Ordinances specified in the Schedule are repealed. Repeals.

3. The Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance is amended by adding after section 26 the following new section-

"Prohibition 26A. Any person who has in his employment of maid.

any female domestic servant under the age of twelve servanta

years shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty: a fine of two hundred and fifty dollars and imprisonment for six months.”,
