An Ordinance to amend further the Mental Health Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Mental Health (Amendment) Ordinance 1969.

2. Section 31 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- sections (1) and (3) by inserting after "District Judge" wherever it occurs the following-
