An Ordinance to amend the Portuguese Community Schools

Incorporation Ordinance.

[6th June. 1969.]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Portuguese Com- munity Schools Incorporation (Amendment) Ordinance 1969.

2. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)

(a) by inserting the following at the end of paragraph (2)~~

"and"; and

(b) by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c).

3. Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by deleting "paragraphis (a) and (b)" from paragraph (a)

and substituting the following-

"paragraph (a)"; and

Short title.
