An Ordinance to amend further the Summary Offences Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences (Amendment) Ordinance 1969.

2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 18 the following new section-

"Possession

bomb.

19. (1) Any person who without lawful author- of simulated ity or reasonable excuse has in his possession, custody or control any simulated bomb shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for one year.

Short title.
