An Ordinance to amend further the Town Planning Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Town Planning (Amendment) Ordinance 1969.
2. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by
(a) deleting the full stop after paragraph (d) and substituting
a semicolon; and
(b) inserting after paragraph (d) the following new para-
graph-
"(e) zones or districts set apart for undetermined
uses.".
