An Ordinance to amend further the Immigration (Control and

Offences) Ordinance,

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration (Control and Offences) (Amendment) Ordinance 1969.

Short title.

2. Section 20 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- paragraph (iv) of paragraph (b) of subsection (1) by-

(a) deleting "if the holder thereof is an alien."; and

(b) deleting", not more than one year prior to his arrival in

the Colony,"
